Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Coceu [ENTITY], [FULL LEGAL ADDRESS], email [email protected], phone +49 30 [NUMBER] — of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fees arise from the reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires early in the following cases, to which you consent at checkout:

• Service: where we have fully performed the service, and performance began only after you gave your express consent and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract (§356(4) BGB).
• Digital content (PDF CoC): where performance began after you expressly consented to commencement before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we confirmed this to you (§356(5) BGB).

If the service has not yet been fully performed at the time of withdrawal, and you requested early commencement, you must pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided.
